Two Directors

Unique name

There is no minimum capital amount for a company. A company must have an authorized capital of at least Rs. 1 Lac.
Registered Office
A registered office of a company does not have to be a commercial location. Even a rented house can be a registered office, as long as the NOC is received from the landlord.
