A written notice must be sent to board members, along with an agenda specifying the details of matters that will be discussed.

Board members can meet in person or via video conference.

Matters usually discussed at board meetings include the company’s performance, ideas for improving productivity and growth, diversification of business, strategic decisions about new projects or activities, financing, and budgets.
